Tea Time!

Carrot and Papaya Thai Salad



INGREDIENTS
Grated carrot
Grated papaya
Baby plum tomatoes, chopped small
Celery stalk, sliced thinly
Spring onion to top
Garlic
Ginger
Lemon juice
Medjool date
Red chilli

METHOD
Make the dressing by combining garlic, ginger, lemon juice
Medjool date, red chilli and some tomatoes to a blender
or coffee mill. Add enough of each item to your taste.
Add sauce to grated and chopped items and stir thoroughly.
